The S.T.A.R. method is a way for you to answer questions following a system. If you follow this system, you will be giving the interviewer the information they’re looking for, and you’re also a lot less likely to forget what you’re saying or get mixed up. Remember that when you use the S.T.A.R. method, you should do it in a way that sounds natural. Don’t force it and sound like a robot. Just keep it mind as a formula you can use to structure your answers…and get that job.
